1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Stokkhata platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Collect or harvest any personal data of other users without consent

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Stokkhata offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service. In the event of account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Stokkhata platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the property of Stokkhata and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokkhata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
